Youth SEE how their TODAY will define their TOMORROW:

They learn to better cope through improved self confidence and skills.

Developing personal skills required for youth to effectively deal with specific types of issues and interact in a positive way with others is now essential.  Types of social skills targeted for development must include problem solving, decision-making, communication skills, conflict resolution and social resistance skills. 

This program goal is to provide youth with executive education and training on interpersonal skills that will assist in changing the mental processes and interpersonal behavioral strategies that led them to engage in serving their communities and plan for their future.

Activities and curriculum builds upon the importance of a well-balanced structure where activities promote life skills and enhance the personal, social, and emotional development of all children and youth.

This program develops children and youth personal skills include promoting teambuilding, active listening, and a variety of communication strategies.

Program Objectives

  • Building self confidence
  • Improve the direction, motivation and goal achievement of a team.
  • Increase competence and confidence when managing, influencing and leading teams and individuals.
  • Work towards being unforgettable person
  • Promoting effective job search skills
  • Identify principles of creativity, innovation and serendipity to increase productivity and imagination
  • Apply stress management tools to getting more of what's important to be done in less time and gain the skills needed to perform effectively under high pressure.
  • Implement time management strategies to control load.
